Enrollment & Payment

• Full payment or the first installment must be made before accessing the live classes.
• Your enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment, and you will receive class details via email.
• Installment payments must be made on or before the specified due dates. Failure to do so may result in access being revoked.

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Zenaurora or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Class Participation

• This course is 100% live with no recordings available.
• Active participation is expected to ensure the best learning experience.
• Students must join the class on time. Late arrivals may miss crucial content.

Attendance Policy

• Attendance is mandatory for successful course completion.
• If you miss a session, detailed notes and learning materials will be provided to help you catch up.
• Batch transfers may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as health concerns or emergencies.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests can be made only within 48 hours after the second live session if you are unsatisfied.
• Refunds are not applicable once you have attended the third live session or beyond.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing with relevant details.

Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow participants is mandatory.
• Any form of harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the course without a refund.

Intellectual Property

• All course materials, resources, and content are the exclusive property of Zenaurora Digital Marketing Academy.
• Sharing, copying, or distributing materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

Certification

To receive your certificate of completion, you must:
• Attend at least 90% of the live classes.
• Successfully complete all assigned projects and assessments.

Technical Requirements

• Students must have a stable internet connection, a functioning microphone, and a webcam for interactive sessions.
• Zenaurora Digital Marketing Academy is not responsible for technical issues caused by students’ devices or internet connectivity.
